While we try to stock as many products at all times, from time to time certain models/finishes may become unavailable, check back often to find the item you are looking for or check with one of our dealers here
Is there an extra cost to buy items online with Local Pickup?
There is no cost - Local Pickup is always free.
When will I get charged for my order?
Once you place your order a charge will be made. You will receive a confirmation email, please keep this for your records and for pickup.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact Justin at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 626-963-5021 to modify, cancel, return or refund your order.
Can I change the store I want to pick up my order from after I make the purchase?
Unfortunately no, we only have one location for Free Local Pickup.
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
You'll receive an email or a call with available pick up times and will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Free Local Pickup orders are picked within 24 hours, provided the order is placed during business hours and availability. Local pickup orders placed after 3:00 PM local time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will be picked the following business day check your notification email for store hours.
Where do I pick up my order?
All orders can be picked up at 154 S. Valencia Avenue, Glendora CA via the Customer Service desk.
You will receive a phone call or email with pick up times and instructions.

What do I need to pick up my order?
You will need:
- A government-issued ID
- Pickup confirmation email
If you are unable to print your pickup notification, be sure to have the pickup email ready on your mobile device.
Who can pick up my order?
Orders must be picked up by the original customer who purchased the order, unless an alternative pickup person is approved by the Alloy Art employee who contacts you with pick up availability.
How long will my order be held at the store?
Your order will be held for four days. We’ll send you an email reminder the day prior to your order being canceled.
We understand that things happen and you may not be able to pick up your order within the four day pickup window. If you need to extend the date past this window, please contact Justin at email@example.com, or call 626-963-5021
